If juggling is for the enjoyment >of the juggler then numbers juggling and notation juggling (such as site >swaps, MHN, etc.) are a legitimate juggling pursuit. If juggling is for >the enjoyment of the audience (or to pay the juggler's bills) they are not. The way you phrase this seems to imply that it must be either one or the other. Juggling is (I think) primarily for the enjoyment of the juggler. If we didn't like it we wouldn't be doing it . Now, if you want to make some money at it you must have a secondary goal of pleasing the audience as well. If you forget to please yourself, however, then you might as well not bother. Finally, *anything* a juggler wants to do is a legitimate pursuit. I work on nothing but numbers. I don't pass clubs much, I don't do much 3 object stuff, in fact I don't do an awful lot of stuff that would cause someone to watch me juggle for hours upon end. It is fortunate that I don't *want* to perform seeing as how what I do is of interest to other jugglers only. C "Boring juggler, and proud of it" Frog
