Just thought I'd like to post this, I just figured out how the hell to do
Mill's Mess, and while I'm far from mastering it, I just started it today,
and my longest run was of four passes, I just felt proud enough of myself
to make a fool of myself by announcing it to a large amount of people who
can probably do it with their eyes closed...:)

Now I just have to hope I'm doing it right...I've still neve seen anyone
doing it, so I'm just doing my interpretation of what I've read posted here
and on moocow...

Did anyone see the blind juggling contest (blindfold 3 ball cascade)
at the 92 BJC. After Haggis won he continued in Mills Mess.

I've never been to any conventions...:( I am interested, however, how long
was he juggling for? (I am just beginning to learn blind juggling, and
would be interested in knowing how much anyone else out there can do...

If it makes you feel any better, I can't quite do the reverse cascade blind,
yet...:) (and to everyone else, I honestly posted my questions before
I read Mohit's post.. I didn't know someone else already asked...:)

I also just learned to do Mill's Mess a few days ago altogether... YOu can
always take heart in the fact that, no matter how inqadequit you feel as a
juggler, there's always someone who's worse than you, but by the same token,
no matter how proud you are of your tricks, someone can do them better..:)

I've only heard of one person who could do this trick, Brad Zentmeyer. But
just because one or two people can do a trick like that or Mills Mess blindfolded doesn't mean you shouldn't work on it, or that your blindfolded reverse is no
big deal. You're still going to impress 99% of the jugglers you meet. Good luckon your resolution!

I couldn't say how long exactly, but it was a good few minutes. He had
to be told that he was the only one left in the contest, and then went
into Mills Mess. But bare in mind that we're talking about someone who
performs with 7 balls, and can do 5 above his head.

I doen exactly expect to be able to compete with him, I'd jsut like to know
what other people out there are doing... I know I'm not that great of a
juggler, I'm only 15, and just started two years ago, but information is
always nice to have..:) btw- announcement: I did the reverse cascade blind
for the first time last night...:) just proud of myself...:) only got about
five passes on my best run, but it's something...:)

Also, is it just me, or do other people practicing blind juggling find that,
even with your eyes closed, it is more comfortable to work in a dark room?
Also, I start out by working in extremely low light, as in with a digital
clock providing the only light, for a few minutes before attempting to
practice totally blind. Anyone else do that?
