I just bought a brand new NHP flight simulator from the hobby shop
last night.

My wife told me that I have to make the decision between her and
it....

The simulator goes to the first person with $175.
It is version 9.1.
It comes with the $10 cord.
It comes with the reciept.

I will deliver it to the DC/Baltimore Area

Wrong decision!

My wife told me if I go fishing one more time shes going to leave me.
Gawd am I gonna miss her...

Only kidding.... good luck in selling it. I have one, and consider it
the best for realistic flying for RC.

First my wife told me it was her or the dog, so the dog went.
Second my wife told me it was her or the planes.
Dang, I sure miss my dog when I go flying.

Richard : My advice. Keep the simulator. I'll give you $100 for the
wife!
