What is the best method for connecting a rudder that is on an angle (about 20
degrees)?  There is upward swing produced at the connection point as the rudder
moves back and forth.

     A good method is to use one of the bolt on ball joint clevis connectors.
 There are several types to choose from. With the ball joint, the pushrod
 connector can move more freely, as the control horn pivots up and down
 slightly.  I do highly recommend that you use a little bit of locktite
 on the screws or nuts though.
