I am thinking about buying a small slopeglider. At a show I have seen two kits (I don't know the manufacturer): Stryker (a bit like a fighter) and Shogun (very futuristic), both with styro/balsa wings and plastic fuselage. At the show they claimed that the fuselage is indestructible. Who has knows about them, has flown them and so on... A friend of mine recently purchased the Shogun from Hobby Shack. It is
a nice little kit but it is very VERY small. Mini servos are almost a must
as well as a mini receiver pack. The plane is not light for it's size so a
brisk wind is also a must. This is NOT a beginner aircraft. It will take
a few good knocks but I can see that it would not be a fun plane to learn
on.
Best Wishes,
James Christian
