Whither Lunar Models?

I've been trying to reach Lunar Models (a mail order company which sells
vacuformed and resin kits of science fiction ships, critters, etc.) but
have had no luck calling either their phone or Fax numbers--both have 
been disconnected.

Does anyone know if Lunar Models has gone out of business or did they just 
move?  

The latest address and numbers I have are (these are about 6 months old):
