Can an acrylic clearcoat (gloss or dull) be placed over any kind of paint
with no problem (ie - enamels, lacquers, acrylics)?   What kind of a coat
do you get?  does it have any unusual texture?   does it harm decals???
Can decals be applied over an acrylic clearcoat?
