I recently received a 1 1/2 year old male hedgehog as a present.
However, as I have no intentions of breeding in the near future and I already
own a female hedgehog (Ms. Q ... "Quills-in-Effect"), I would rather see
the male hedgehog (temporarily named Z as he sleeps ALL the time) go to a
more welcome home. Not that I wouldn't welcome Z, but I'd rather not see any
little Q's and Z's running around any time soon.
Z is recovering from a bout with mites. His quills are coming back
in where he had lost them, but the bald spot that is on his back is still very
obvious. The vet said that he should be on his way to a full recovery.
So I was hoping to sell the male hedgehog and his cage (a pet carrier
for a small-medium sized dog) for $70 or best offer.
	If interested, please email: hfiguera@midway.uchicago.edu.
Or call 312.381.0506 and leave a message. I'm located on the north side of
Chicago. Appointments to view Z are available for this weekend. Just think,
you could have your very own hedgehog by the weekend's end.
