Missed the morning run by a minute or two today and so am heading out midday. I realized while contemplating this that I really don't have any midday running partners lined up and so thought I'd squirt a note out here to see if I can't rustle some up. I'm a moderately strong runner, and run the gamut of easy days (8min pace) to hard(er) ones (<=7min pace), just basicly for fun and the occasional 10K. I very seldom do less than 4 mi, longest (so far) 11mi. I like hills. I typically run right from my office here on the west side of campus. I don't run every day as I split time with cycling (not to mention boardsailing in the windy season ;-).
