SATURDAY AUGUST 14.  

Annual Carolina Godiva All-Comers and Inter-Club Challenge Track
Meet.  

All individuals and teams are invited to participate.  

*note: runners of all levels of expertise are welcome!  There will be lots of 
families and children*

Wallace Wade Stadium, Duke University, Durham, NC.  

First event at 8:30 a.m.

Registration: Race day registration only, starting at 7:30 a.m.
at  Wallace Wade Stadium.
Entry fee: A bargain fee of $1.00 permits you to compete in  all
ten events.

Events and schedule: 
8:30 a.m.	        3000 meter run  
                            High jump  
                            Long jump 

8:50 a.m. 	        100 meters (also special Kids Race) 

9:20 a.m.       	800 meters 

9:45 a.m.       	One mile racewalk 

10:10 a.m.      	One mile run 

10:30 a.m.      	200 meters 

10:50 a.m.      	400 meters 

11:10 a.m.      	4 x 100 meter relay  

** Special 100 meter race for children.  Ribbons to all 
finishers in these children's 100 meter races.

AWARDS three deep in all age groups for both women and men. 

AGE GROUPS: Youth [15 & under], Open [16-39], Masters [40 &
over].

Any event with 5 or more competitors aged 50 and over will also 
have a Grand Master age group.

TEAM COMPETITION: A $50.00 donation will be made by the Carolina
 Godiva Track Club to a charity selected by the winning team. 
Clubs,  corporations, schools, or other groups are eligible for
the team  competition.

A DRAWING WILL BE HELD FOR MERCHANDISE PRIZES DONATED BY
RUNNER'S WORLD MAGAZINE.
