Two ways to go:
- DAVE 2 (from Thursby Systems) allows a Macintosh to 'join' a Win9x/NT
"Network Neighborhood" that is TCP/IP based as opposed to the more
common NetBEUI
- PC MacLAN allows a Win9x/NT machine to view and mount AppleShare
(AFP-compliant) volumes over most network topologies (shared ethernet
being the most common).

If you want to have a Mac drive accessible to many people, go DAVE. If
you want only one or two Windows users to access the Mac volume, go
MacLAN.
