I have ami winbios in this machine, which has no such settings, i think
winbios sucks and am i going to ask the shop to change it over to award
or something which offers more options, or maybe a non win amibios
I am sure that this problem has something to do with my SIMM's
a memory check with pc doctor reports errors at 180000H i think.
But no other diag software finds them, i was looking at buying
micro 2000's microscope software until i found out it would cost
me $799 AU.
I have tried two 4mb 72pin SIMM's in this machine, but detected no
errors with them installed. IE: i took the two 16mb's out.
In my BIOS I have the mem set at 60ns which is what the memory says
on it, yet the default in teh BIOS is 70ns. What should I have it
set on?
