We've been playing with the MagicDraw Demo

	http://www.magicdraw.com/

It's limited to saving 20 classes but you can
load larger models (reads Rose 2000 models!).

Seems real nice so far. Real nice ability to export
the model in different graphics formats, very good
when you have to produce Word docs and Powerpoint slides!
