The next Visible Ink reading at the Lounge is on the 1st of September at
7pm. (I wonder if you guessed I was going to say that...) This month our
guest is Mic Smith, who'll be reading his work-in-progress "Hitch-hiking
Again". Music will be provided by jazz band Global Beat.

This month we've gone completely self-indulgent and let the committee
themselves go sick on the student readers list. Dammit, they're OUR
readings, and we'll do what we like with them! Seriously, student readers
include Adam Ford, who is a regular Voiceworks & Form Guide contributor as
well as the publisher of his own book "From My Head", and is a bit of a
fixture on the poetry scene, our favourite treasurer Suzy Foerster, Adam
Carey and some weird dude named Ms .45...

As always we've got prizes and the opportunity to read your own work in
the open section. The Lounge kitchen is open until ten pm (now THERE'S an
incentive...).

Admission $4/6, and be sure to buy a book while you're here...
