One these men said the sexual activity had been going on for two months and that the kid was a willing participant. So, the kid was not abducted - you lied about that. One of the two called 911, which isn't typically consistent with a forcible rape either. There were no reports that the kid told the parents that he didn't want to spend weekends with these two guys, which one might expect if he didn't want that sort of sexual activity, but not with 100% certainty since kids are sometimes too scared or embarassed to say anything. It possibly was a statutory rape (i.e., if the kid was in fact a willing participant), but that's also a serious crime. Also, some drugs were involved and there was some "positional asphyxia", which seems to have been a contributing factor. The kid was not "raped to death" as the contributing factors in his death seem to be independent of whatever sexual activity went on. There are plenty of reasons to lock these two guys up for a very long time, but your spin on it is simply not consistent with the facts as far as they are known.
