Did you read the original article? I mean, the whole thing, including
the part where it listed what the driver got charged with? How, exactly,
is being visible at night going to stop you from being hit by a drunk
moron driving a stolen vehicle when she goes through a red light?
No matter how visible you are, you still won't be seen by somebody who
doesn't look.
