The present power crisis in California places the state on the brink of
economic disaster.  If California's economy collapses, so will
America's national economy.

George W. Bush will earn himself the eternal legacy as "The Man Who
Caused the Second Great Depression" unless he puts his friends at
Enron, Dynegy, etc., in place for a while, and helps solve the
California Energy Crisis.

Bush has great opportunity to be a leader.  If he puts campaign
contributions above NATIONAL interest (and California's stability is in
the national interest), as his predecessor did, his legacy will be much
worse than being "the President of the Oral Office."

He'll be President George W. Hoover.
