Wow! Not that is a stretch!!  The bicyclist could have been a 
tractor/trailer, police car or mini van filled with people.

The net result is it still sucks and the driver was waaaay wrong. It was not 
a targeted assassination--or the least (current)  evidence says the cyclist 
was in the wrong spot at the wrong time. So too are many people with suicide 
bombers.

Get the data, otherwise you are just another asshole with an opinion.
