The California "Smog Impact Fee" ripoff has been declared
unconstitutional, and this ruling was upheld on appeal last week.

If you've brought a vehicle into California since 1992 that wasn't
registered here previously, then you were ripped an extra $300 with
your normal registration fees.

You can get forms at the website of the law firm that won this great
decision at http://www.wyca.com/ -- no cost, obligation, or any other
crap.  The forms are official DMV PDF forms, complete with the proper
text already inserted citing the unconstitutionality of the "Smog
Impact Fee."
