Ever heard the expression, "pissing upwind"?

It's kind of like how you can't buy a Ferrari overseas and bring it
back into the US because it doesn't have certain equipment.

And look at us poor Californains: we have to pay for the extra
equipment when we buy a new car whether the car needs it or not.
