Ron, I agree. I've also tried JPS.net and quickly cancelled my account with them. Their network was one of the slowest out of the local ISPs I tried. JPS customer support is poor and they are VERY slow to credit you for time not used. It took me over a month and a half to receive the credit I was due. I have tried MANY ISPs in the Sacramento area and my first choice would be MindSpring (www.mindspring.com) followed closely by NS.NET (www.ns.net). Both are very interested in pleasing their customers.
