3-Day blinds is a sham of a business. I ordered them on Monday, was told they would be in on Friday. They were not in on Saturday. No one at the store called to let us know. When we called them, they said they would call the other stores, to see if they were there. The male at the store, Jeremy, said he would do this. He also said the hardware was there, but not the blinds. He took our number and said he would call back shortly. 2 hours later, still no call. I ended up having to call the other stores, because Liz, at the Roseville store, couldn't/wouldn't. They were not at the other stores. Liz put me on hold when I *did* talk to her...while she called the customer service dept. to ask what she was to do. I hung up and called back, because being on hold for 4 minutes IS a long time. After she told me what she was doing, I told her she should have informed me what she was doing, as I could have called back, or vice versa. In talking to customer service, it turns out that someone in the factory? canceled my order. Cute huh? No one told ME! No one from the store called ME! Nothing. In my book this is pretty crummy treatment..I told them that is theft. They took my money..yes, I had to pay up front..which I won't do again, and nothing was delivered, and I was never told. They would not give me the blinds gratis...nor would they refund my money. All they would do is give me $10 off or free installation. [can you see the steam?] I chose installation, with the guarantee from Roger and Ian, customer that I would have the blinds IN THE STORE, no later than Tuesday morning. Guess what? No one called ME again, and there were no blinds...when I talked to Teresa, the store manager..[what a joke] SHE asked if Ian ok'd me getting refund...I proceeded to tell her I didn't *need* his ok...and detailed for her what I have gone thru. I informed her I would call channel 3, channel 10 and do the internet thing if I got any more grief from them. After thinking about it, if I bought drapes and a curtain rod, it would end up costing me about the same as these blinds. So, I am taking those blasted blinds, with free installation, AND I am alerting everyone I know in this area, about 3-day blinds..lousy service, lousy customer service and definitely NOT THREE DAYS!
