It would be a good thing were it true. I have no idea if it is. I
think if an accident occurs, then if there is a cell phone in the car,
the phone records would be automatically pulled for date and time. The
cell phone owner would pay for this. Countless times people have a
phone in their ear and are going WAY slow on the freeway...or are on
the phone when the light is green and almost get rear ended, because
they don't move. Or they are just not paying attention, they are on
the phone...this is a pet peeve..can you tell?

Here's another...if there is a siren blaring and you don't move
over...fine the heck out of you! Would you move if it were YOUR house,
husband, wife, child? and how do you know it isn't? Gosh...those of
you who don't pull over should be shot!
