.DENSE FOG ADVISORY CONTINUES THIS MORNING...

THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY FOR THE EAST BAY CONTINUES THROUGH THIS
MORNING. DENSE FOG RETURNED OVERNIGHT SPREADING INTO THE DIABLO AND
LIVERMORE VALLEYS. AT 3 AM THE CONCORD AIRPORT WAS REPORTING FOG
WITH LESS THAN 1/4 MILE VISIBILITY. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO NEAR
ZERO AT TIMES ACROSS MOST OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY AND PORTIONS OF
ALAMEDA COUNTY. THE FOG WILL AFFECT INTERSTATES 80...580...680...AND
STATE HIGHWAY 4.

PERSONS PLANNING TRAVEL IN THE EAST BAY THIS MORNING SHOULD EXERCISE
CAUTION AND REMAIN ALERT FOR DENSE FOG. VISIBILITIES MAY DROP
DRAMATICALLY OVER VERY SHORT DISTANCES. WHEN ENCOUNTERING DENSE
FOG...SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE EXTRA SPACE
BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND OTHERS AROUND YOU. PLAN EXTRA TIME TO REACH
YOUR DESTINATION.
