This is an auto-generated spam advisory, duplicating
the spam sent earlier. Newsgroups need to be filled
with more spam, and so this spam rebroadcaster will
be auto-generating more and more spam.

This message has been automatically forwarded from a California EDIS
bulletin which seemed (by automated scan) to contain text relevant
to the South Bay Area. (E-mail addresses are de-spammed with [at]).
