	I thought I would put my two cents in. This sounds
like a huge ungly mess that has no answer. My experience
with kids is that they often stretch the truth (white lie)
to keep out of troble.  I have also noticed that there
are a lot of parrents that give little white lies and
mom and dad can do it so can I.  I'm not neccessarily 
clearing the the bus driver, however I can believe the
story about stopping suddenly due to hearing a loud 
screem. It will be very hard for her to prove that after
she has done such a good job at showing her temper just
before the incedent. (my buss driver from school never
showed herself losing her temper she would just pull
the buss to the side of the road and wait till the
kids calmed down and would explain herself. She couldn't
have been more content to have the parents come and 
pick there kids up right there).  I do believe the
bus driver should have been more clear from the 
beginning!  That way she would have some ground to 
stand on right now, but she doesn't. Just a clean
record (well not anymore).  I can go on but that was
just my two cents worth.
