	Would anyone out there care to describe in layman's terms 
the hows and whys of counter rotating props?

	Specific questions are...
	
	1. Formula for calculating optimum distance between props
	   based on ?

	2. Why the power increase?

	3. If two is good, is three better?

	4. How can/do these principals apply to ducted fan jet/turbo jets
	   etc.

	5. References to books on this subject.  

	6. Mechanics of reversing the rotation.

	Any other interesting facts would be appreciated.
