I understand that the HST Guide Star Catalog is available, with
software, from the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.  The sofware is
presumeably copyrighted by the ASP.  Who holds the copyright on the
Guide Star Catalog itself?  AURA?  Or, is it not copyrightable?
