I think most ETs are out and about terraforming other planets and/or
attempting to correct a few of their previous DNA/RNA mistakes, like
the ones responsible for creating the likes of GW Bush.

ETs have been officially recorded as watching our efforts at attempting
to escape our incarceration upon the planet Earth. The last thing ETs
ever want is to see is any of our mutated DNA/RNA running amuck on some
other world, much less leaving our isolation solar system.

When and if ETs decide to push the really big RESET button of life as
we know it, all they'll have to do is nudge the 1800 km Sedna out of
our Oort zone as redirected for a little impact with Earth. That effort
if applied at the right timing should require but a few gigawatts or
perhaps at most a terawatt of applied energy, and the rest is history
since we don't have the required dozen of those 100 GW laser cannons
deployed at the LSE-CM/ISS or any of those as deployed at the end of
the tether dipole element that's cruising such a laser cannon array
upon the energy transfer platform that's easily tethered roughly 50,000
km away from Earth.

Therefore, I'd have to place the really bad ETs at perhaps 0.1%,
roughly the same ratio as per what absolute bastards we have on Earth
to deal with. Thus 99.9% are the good guys.
