I heard the peak would be 01:00UT on August 12 (on an
IAUC I think). Initially the 1992 peak was to be about 23:))UT
on Aug. 11 but it ended up coming circa 19:00UT and
someone later realised something about the relative orbits
of Earth and the shower which explained this.
