I think it important to point out regarding your comment, "While you are

The English translation of 'Sepher Rezial Hemelach' being obtained from a
1701 CE Hebrew edition, is thought authored by Eleazar of Worms (1160-1238
CE). It used no vowels, which is distinct from linguistic development and
inclusion since the 5th-10th centuries.  It is referenced by the Sepher
Yetzirah, being along with the Sepher Bahir, the principle mystical texts to

concerning the Angel Metatron as soul of the Messiah, as the Lord of

Whilst the designation was also applied to John {Grace or mercy of the Lord}
the Baptist as the Dead Sea Scroll's Teacher of Righteousness, it is thought
to apply to the son of man in the Last Days [Matthew 25:31-46]:

engaging in 'spiritual-pneumatikos wickedness-porneia' relates to an
abstruse consideration that the #369 vMeme/Moment paradigm is considered to
be a homoiotic noumenon which in Kantian (1724-1804 CE) philosophy, is that
which can be the object only of a purely intellectual (non-sensuous)
intuition; and is essentially a postulate on the origins of the English
(Australian)  language as encyclical architecture/legislative framework of

The inner Telos is that which accounts for form in Aristotelian psychology
is held by the scholastics, as the soul. In the basic philosophical sense of
inner telos, or guiding form, the 'entelecheia' is that which mediates
between matter (ie. the mind) {Nature contains Nature} and form (ie. the
Body) {Nature rejoices in its Nature}, potency (ie. the Soul) {Nature
surmounts Nature} and actuality (ie. the Spirit) {Nature amended in its
Nature}. The matter (ie.  Mind) or substance of a thing, as such, conveys
the essence of the thing ('essentia'; 'ousia') as only potentiality (ie. the
Soul), whereas the form (ie. Body), as considered in itself as actuality
(ie. Spirit), requires embodiment. The actualization (ie. Spirit) of the
thing, the union of matter (ie. Mind) and form in development and
occurrence, the movement from potency to act, rests upon the inner Telos,
the inward principle of self-realization; the motive force of the
development is kinesis {ie. the forces acting upon mechanical action} or
metabole {ie. the growth of an organism}, the activity or transition from

"Rabbi Chanina ben (son of) Tradyon said, if two people sit together and  do
not share words of Torah between them, it is a company of scorners, as the
verse states, 'In the company of scorners he [the righteous man] did not
sit [rather in G-d's Torah was his desire...]' (Psalms 1:1-2). But if two
people sit and share words of Torah between them the Divine Presence rests
between them, as the verse states, 'Then spoke those who fear G-d one to
another, and G-d listened and heard, and it was written in a book of
remembrance before Him, for those who fear G-d and regard His Name'
(Malachi 3:16). From here we learn only about two. How do we know that  even
one who sits and studies Torah that the Holy One, blessed be He,  allocates
him a reward? [It is] as the verse states, 'He will sit alone  and be silent
(studying to himself), for it [a reward] will be placed upon  him'
(Lamentations 3:28)."

Our mishna draws up a powerful contrast - between two people who share
words of Torah and two who do not. One pair merits the Divine Presence,
while the other is a company of scorners ("leitzim" in Hebrew; we'll use
the Hebrew term below). "Leitz" is a very strong term in the language of
both Scriptures and the Sages. Literally translated, it means something
like a joker, but the connotation is far more negative. (In modern Hebrew a
"leitzan" is a clown.) It implies someone who laughs but does not laugh in
humor but in derision. He scoffs; he laughs because he does not want to
take life seriously. He ridicules serious issues. He laughs off criticism
and cannot be held down to serious discussion about life and religion. His
humor is inappropriate; he uses it as a protective shield against taking
life seriously. The Talmud lists four classes of people who will  not
"receive the Divine Presence" (Sotah 42a). The first one listed is the
class of leitzim. If you don't want to think about G-d and your
responsibilities towards Him, chances are He will want to have nothing to

recorded in a book.". "Chomer" (we have translated this as "raw material")
is the primary level of each thing in the world. It embodies the potential
of that thing, but not the actualization of its potential. It requires
"tzurah" (form or content which has been imposed on the raw material) which
is the next level of reality, for the item to be actualized in the world
and be differentiated from all other things. But the "tzurah" is not
variable nor is it changeable. It is the "chomer" which is the source of
any change or transformation in an object. (We have discussed the concepts
of "chomer" and "tzurah" used in the Maharal, and will illustrate it again
with the example we have used in the past. In a table, wood is  the
 "chomer," the raw material out of which the table is fashioned.  The
"tzurah" the form or concept which has been imposed on the wood  is "table."
The fact that this specific table can change, can be enhanced  or can
deteriorate, is a function of the "chomer," of the matter from  which the
table has been fashioned. It is not a function of its "tzurah,"  of the

I ought to clarify, that the 'Chomer' as raw material or matter {nature
contains nature} is the primary level or the 'mind' of a thing in the world
which it embodies as the potential or 'soul' {nature surmounts nature} of
that thing, but not the actualization or 'spirit' {nature amended in its
nature} of its potential.  It requires 'tzurah' or 'body' (form or content
which has been imposed on the raw material) as {nature rejoices in its
nature}.

Thus the 'Torah' operates in the same way as being the 'form' or Homoiotic
noumenon that is the heavenly tablets, the secret of the way things are and
the way or path of righteousness known as Derek (Heb.) or Hodos (Gk.) as the
transexperiential object of a purely intellectual (non-sensuous) intuition
by which a thing reaches its actualization.

The inner Telos {

ie. as the Homoiotic noumenon and as the view of the Decade as Oracles
[Romans 3:1-2] conveyed by the Book of Time Divisions according to Jubilees
as Weeks to which an genealogical overlay is applied and surviving extant
and with fragments surviving amongst the Dead Sea Scroll Community as
lawfully a Sectarian Jewish Association

} When there are two people studying Torah, that study reaches beyond the
primary level (attained by one) to reach the second level, that  of
"tzurah." Through "tzurah" an object is actualized and clarified.
Furthermore,  "tzurah" is the enduring dimension of an object. This is  what
is meant by having the words written in a book of remembrance, which  has
permanence and endurance.

But only when there are two people (studying together) can the level of
"tzurah" be reached, actualizing and giving endurance. When there is only
one, remaining at the level of "chomer," it lacks clarity and it lacks
permanence. [Therefore, his words are not written in the book.]

This explanation is clear to anyone who has a true understanding of the
words of the Rabbis, which were said from a perspective of Divine wisdom.
(As we have explained in the past, the Maharal uses this phrase to indicate
an elevated, Kabbalistic concept which he has presented, and which isn't as
easily understood as it might appear to be.)

Therefore, were taught above (Mishna 3) that two people who are sitting
together, with no words of Torah are exchanged between them, are considered
to be in a session of scoffers. When two people are together, it is most
appropriate that words of Torah be between them, for they represent the
level of "tzurah."  This is contrast to one person, who by himself is at
the level of "chomer," which is not the level so intimately associated with
words of Torah.  So when two people are sitting together, a situation where
words of Torah are most appropriate, and that Torah is not exchanged
