Arrange 30% from vertical ramp with CO2 powered 'shoe' (bracket type thingy) 
at base of ramp.
Arrange shoe so that when triggered it moves up the ramp and is able to 
project 5kg mass object into ballistic trajectory  to a height of about 1 
metre above the top of the ramp
Ensure that surface of ramp imparts consistent rotation to whatever object 
is impelled by the triggered shoe

Remove head and place on shoe with neck end to one side of shoe
Fire and video trajectory of head

place head on shoe again with neck end on base of shoe
Fire and video trajectory of head

place head on shoe again with neck end facing upwards, i.e. at 180 degrees 
relative to previous
Fire and video trajectory of head

Replace head on neck and restore full neurological function etc. etc. etc.

Use video recordings to determine the parabolic locus of the CoG of the head

Oh bugger, you were talking about the brain, not the whole head. That
