Actually the plant is Bryophyllum delagoense (syn. B.tubiflorum) not
B.pinnatum.

Note the maculate terete leaves with plantlets at the leaf tips.

There are several viviparous Bryophyllum species and hybrids that have
become naturalized in tropical parts of Australia and other parts of the
world.
