Hi!

Does anyone know something about the ALDER TREE (alnus spec.) as
bioindicator for trace-metals and environmental pollution?
Is there some research and literature about this subject?

I am interested on this theme because I research about uptake and
accumulation of trace metals (resp. uranium, arsenic and lead) on the
alder tree.

Greetings, Joerg (burkhard@forst.tu-dresden.de)
