Hello, When you were a child and became ill, how would your abuelita take care of you? I'm doing research on a book on Mexican folk medicine. Since much of the wisdom and lore in this subject is passed on orally there, isn't allot of documentation. Therefore, I am reaching out to the Mexican and Chicano communities, and am asking you to share any remedies you may have encountered. For this purpose, I've created a web site: The Mexican Remedies Remembered Project. If you have remedies that you would like to submit go http://www.crl.com/~pphalen/sandoval.html and submit them. Let's keep our rich tradition from fading away! Thanks, Annette Sandoval
