The CITES office is at Case Postale 78

You can get the IUCN Red Data book in many bookstores (books - its
several volumes and the new bird volume is not yet complete. However,
the Red Data Book is not the same thing as the CITES appendices. As I
explained when to this person when she posted in rec.pets.birds, CITES
appendices are as follows:
Appendix I is species that are endangered and negatively affected by
trade. Appendix II is species that are not endangered but that are
traded at such levels that the trade must be regulated in order to
prevent them from becoming endangered. Appendix III is species that are
protected by laws in the range country.
HOpe this helps all.
