where to submit paper on genetic algorithms & molecular biology?

     I am looking for suggestions on places to submit a paper on
applying genetic algorithms to a problem in molecular biology (protein
sequence signals). What journals, conferences, etc. would be
interested in such a thing? The paper describes the algorithm used,
shows an example of how it works on real sequences, and shows how the
parameters of the GA (pop. size, etc.) affect how fast the solution is
found. Please email ideas to mlevin@husc8.harvard.edu.
