Hello,

I am posting this for my sister, who does not yet have access to
"news". I apologize if this is not an appropriate newsgroup for this
posting. Please e-mail any replies to my sister, Maria, at
mkortri3@biology.as.ua.edu

She would like to know if anyone has any information regarding
universities that offer summer courses that teach molecular
techniques (DNA amplification and DNA sequencing) on plants.

Instead of, or in addition to the above, I have a related request:
From what she tells me, people in her department are very familiar
with DNA sequencing on animals, but there's nobody with any experience
on plants. Apparently, she's going to learn what she can from the
animal people, and after that she's on her own. So if anyone out
there has any experience on plants, and would be willing to correspond
with her via e-mail, please drop her a line.

Thank you very much.
