The trace analysis of high-purity gases to meet requirements for the semiconductor industry is a vital challenge. I left behind 16-year research in this field plus 6-year education in physics. I was a co-director (of 3) in an inter-institutional contract with Zelenograd - headquarters of Russian microelectronics. Now I am a PostDoctoral Associate who looks for a full-time position in the US with an industrial company committed to advanced technologies, science, or design. KEYWORDS on EXPERIENCE: Plasma, Specialty & Bulk Gases, Semiconductors, GC-AES, ICP, Air Pollutants, Lasers, Ablation, Microwave/RF, Computers. * Specialty gases: chlorine, phosphine, arsine, silane, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen bromide; * Bulk gases: argon, helium, nitrogen, hydrogen. I worked with different RF plasmas, including ICP and Glow Discharge. I handled both vacuum and high pressure gases. Personal: Male; Russian; J-1 visaholder; Divorced; will relocate. Please find my resume at http://www.harbornet.com/biz/office/bolshak.html A resume is also available by mail.
