Important - please note:


  - Voting closes on 29 May 1995. 

  - If you cannot locate a copy at your access site - the CFV ( Call 
    for Votes ) which contains the official voting form can be 
    obtained by sending a request by email to the votetaker:  

                       jjd@primenet.com 

    The title of the CFV document is:

                 CFV: sci.chem.{analytical,misc}


  - You can change your vote as many times as you wish until voting 
    closes on 29 May. Your most recent vote automatically replaces 
    the earlier vote.
    ( Regrettably this info was not included in the CFV )

  - The two votes in the CFV are entirely seperate, one for the creation 
    of sci.chemical.analytical and the other for renaming sci.chem.  



        PLEASE VOTE yourself - don't leave it to others.

It is not necessary to rename "sci.chem" if the readers do not wish 
it to be renamed. 

If you want "sci.chem" to survive then vote NO to the renaming 
proposal. 

The defence of newsgroups is the responsibility of the readership 
and once a Usenet newsgroup gets removed it is almost impossible
to get it re-instated.
