Hi, I was wondering what the going rate for Certifying Scientists (such as
at a drug testing lab) is nowadays.  If location matters, I am interested
in S.E. United States (Texas etc.),

If anyone has any figures ... educated guesses ... or can point me to a
potential resource I would be grateful.
