The Mac vs PC thing is like someones religon, it is pointless only to the degree that we have to make alowances for each other. This is good, it would be boring if we all had the same stuff. From the crystallography point of view, there is a Mac version of software called the Desktop Microscopist, it works relatively good but a PC version would increase it's use. On a case by case basis, most of the add-on computers that I have worked with for TEM's, STEM's and other electron defraction equipment are PC based systems. Oh well!!!
