As in never from each other, or merely as the isolated element?
There are obviously no terrestrial deposits of alkali metals, alkaline
earth metals... and that is way more than three right there.
Silicon and oxygen are common, but I would not bet on there being no
naturally occuring metal silicides. Aluminum and oxygen are common, but
there might be natural aluminum pnictides or chalcogenides. Check it
out.
A 3-fer without exception is beyond imagination.
