word frequency norms and more

I am looking for a database of word frequency norms in electronic format.
If such a database contained phonetic spellings of the words as well
that would be even better. It would also be nice if these word
frequency counts were collected more recently than Francis & Kucera,
1967.

Please respond by email to me; If I receive sufficient replies
to warrant it I will post a summary.
