I suspect there isn't any "agreed" difference, but I would say that AI
is concerned with how we can make computers do tasks that previously
only people could do, and are regarded as requiring "intelligence".
Cognitive Science seems to be more about building computational models
of how humans actually do the tasks we describe as "intelligent".  For
this reason, cognitive science needs to be closer to the range of other
disciplines mentioned, as it is really interested in modelling people.
AI is also close to the other disciplines, but only uses what is known
about people as one possible approach: any approach that yields the
correct results is acceptable.
