Goedel's theorem applies to formal systems with suitable properties.
If the behavior of an analog system can be described adequately by a
formal system of sufficient complexity, then Goedel's theorem
applies, and is just as valid.  If the analog system cannot be
adequately described as a formal system, then Goedel's theorem has no
relevance, and the question of whether it is valid is a meaningless
question.
