I don't know if there's any commercial encryption-software.  I've 
only  heard of PGP.  I've used PGP 1.0 for long time and I  think 
there's no better encryption-software.

What  in  the  world  means  "strong  bulk-encryption"?  I  don't 
understand (maybe because I'm german?).

Is there any commercial encryption-software from Microsoft?
