I'd like to know what a one time pad is. Having read my share of
spy novels and this news group, I've heard of the method many times,
but I don't really know the mechanics or theory behind it.
All I really know is that you this some sort of ordering on the
pad to encrypt your message. Could someone fill me in?
Thanks,
Randy Day.
