Well, my modem line averages 3 a day and I'm only at home at night! Our
home phone must easily average over 7 (I have a 20 year old sister!). If
you add business phones which could average well in excess of 20 or 30 or
more a day then, yes, an average of 10 is not beyond the realms of
possibility.
