1) try:
  y := y + ((z shl 4) + a xor z + _sum xor (z shr 5) + b);
or even
  y := y + (((z shl 4) + a) xor (z + _sum) xor ((z shr 5) + b));

2) better use XTEA (aka (TEAN)
